Jeopardy

Here is the Jeopardy Review game that I created. This is a Chapter review for the first chapter out of the 7th grade Math book. My collaborative teacher was super excited for this project so we could use this. The whole Jeopardy game process was very easy. I was able to plug in the questions and answers with ease. The only problem that I ran into was trying to type in exponents. I just spelled out some of the problems in words and we will read the questions orally to help clarify what the questions are asking to meet IEP modifications.

This activity best correlates with Standard # 3: Model Digital-Age Work and Learning. As educators we are able to show our understanding of technology (Jeopardy) skills in a global and digital society. With the use of Jeopardy we are able to use technology and incorporate the content of the first chapter in the math book. This activity also allows me to work collaboratively with my fellow teachers when I am in their classrooms doing our  team teaching. This tool will promote student academic success in their chapter test with the use of Jeopardy in their review practices. This activity will also allow us as educators to see where the students are and how much they understand of the chapter. If the students have extreme difficulty on a particular question then we can focus on that section and review with the students.
